HBDJ Weekly Update - Week 26
G’day team,
Another week of being busy behind the scenes at Homebrewed, getting everything lined up for upcoming gigs and tying off a few loose ends with the end of the financial year rolling through.
Looking ahead, the next couple of weeks are shaping up nicely.
This Friday we’re at Totara Street supporting HYAN, which is set to be our biggest club show to date. I’ll be on opening duties, setting the tone for the night. Expect a mix of 2-step and speed garage classics to get things moving early.
Then at the start of May, we’ve got our first school ball locked in. We’ve already received the song list and started building out playlists, and it’s shaping up to be a really fun night. It’s a different kind of crowd, but a great chance to expand what we do and gain more experience.
On the content side, we dropped a couple more Open Decks 2 sets on YouTube yesterday, with the remaining sets going live today. Big weekend for the channel, so if you haven’t checked those out yet, now’s the time.
