HBDJ Weekly Update - Week 52
HBDJ Weekly Update - Week 52
Evening Team, another week brings another update!
Terribly late again this week. But we are one week away from moving to a monthly update!
Thinking back on the past year and seeing how far we’ve come is absolutely mind-blowing. We’ve done some really incredible things. I'll look back on my favourite moments of the year next week as we hit that one-year milestone.
This past week was another quiet one on the booking front; however, I still managed to get out and support the local scene as always. Saturday, I went to Rita’s and saw Aimee D smash out her usual commercial tunes, and the crowd absolutely loved it! People were dancing from the start right until the finish. Aimee is such a good vibe every time she plays.
Sunday, we went and dusted off Aimee’s car rig and set up in a public parking spot on Pilot Bay. It was our first time of the sunny season playing out of the car rig, and a bloody stunner for it. I played while the crew had a sauna, and they were in and out of the sauna throughout the hour to take a dip.
Looking to the weekend, we have another quiet one. It’ll give us some time to dig right into the final stages of our Opus & Friends Promo. If you haven’t got your ticket, there’s not a better time than right now!!

I'm also DJing a Drag Night on Halloween! Miss Gee’s is hosting an event on Halloween, really bringing you into the spooky season with true style. Come down to Miss Gee’s on the 31st for a night of laughs, scares, and lots of chaos—especially when Molly Mayhem is the host.
Cheers Team,
Jaden
