HBDJ Weekly Update - Week 8

We’re a day late on this one, but the weekend absolutely delivered. Jaden was locked into back-to-back graveyard shifts at the day job, but Michael and Leviathan still managed to get out on Saturday to rep the crew at Pizza Library. First gig there — a quieter night, but that’s what you get with a last-minute call-up. Still happy with how it went.

Sunday was the real highlight. We kicked things off at Sunset Sundays at Papamoa Beach Bar, where Jaden and Aimee threw down a smooth sunset house set. And yeah… wouldn’t be a Jaydo set without a cheeky garage tune sneaking in.

Straight after that, we shot over to Totara Street for the Oasis App Launch Party. For a Sunday, the turnout was wild. Dance floor was pumping, feedback was unreal, and the B2B felt tight — won’t be the last time you see that combo.

After a slow November, it felt good to get back out there and send some tunes into the world again. Appreciate everyone who came out — see you at the next one.
